We can provide a wide range of quality strings, including D'addario, Elixir, Martin, ErnieBall & RotoSound. We will advise what strings best suit your guitar, but feel free to bring along your own!

Our standard service includes:

• Neck relief/truss rod adjustment
• Nut slot measurement and adjustment
• Bridge and saddle inspection and adjustment
• Action setup
• Intonation setup
• Electrical component inspection 
• Re-string and clean

If during the service and setup we find that additional items of repair are recommended or desirable, we will call you immediately to discuss your options.

Beyond the basics of re-stringing and servicing, repair prices can vary greatly depending on the detailed extent of the work you require and the price point of either standard or premium repair components you wish us to use.

We will then be able to quickly offer advice on the repair options available to you, and give you your tailored repair quotation.

At all stages of a repair, you will be kept informed of progress being made.
